Schedule:

  • Full-time, 36 hrs/wk
  • Night shift, 7:00pm-7:30am
  • Weekend & Holiday requirement
    • Weekend: Every 3rd weekend
    • Holiday: Every other major, every other minor

About Behavioral Health:

Mercy Behavioral Health Services provides a structured and therapeutic environment to individuals suffering from psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders and chemical dependency. Here at Mercy our dedicated multi-disciplinary team promotes a structured therapeutic program to help those in crisis through evaluation, education, medication therapy, individual and group therapy and relapse prevention.

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • License: Personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the state of Missouri and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
