Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of residential door to door Account Executives to meet or exceed product sales, customer growth and revenue targets. Advance the success of Account Executives through effective recruitment, selection, skills training and continuous coaching and development. Adherence to company policies, processes, tool usage and turf deployment strategy, ensuring Account Executives are selling with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Maintain effective cross functional working relationships. Ensure punctual, regular, and consistent attendance of direct reports. Responsibilities

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$58,738.00-$96,499.00/ year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity. |
