Job Title: Sr. Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics along with domain experience in Store Operations and Merchandising. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive analytics initiatives to enhance our business operations and customer experience.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to support business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for Store Operations and Merchandising.
  • Provide strategic direction on the use of analytics to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop dashboards to track them.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics and reporting activities.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders showcasing insights and recommendations derived from analytics.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate analytics solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of analytics implementations to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in the use of analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in analytics technologies and methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and tools to enhance overall business performance.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate business users on the effective use of analytics tools.
  • Support the development of a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the value of analytics.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Adobe Analytics Reporting Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Have extensive experience in Store Operations and Merchandising domains.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining reporting frameworks.
  • Have a proven track record of driving strategic analytics initiatives.
  • Be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Be experienced in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in analytics technologies.
  • Be proactive in driving continuous improvement in analytics processes.
  • Have experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until November 29th, 2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $156,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
