Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Program Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Location: Phoenix, AZ, OR. Work from home - Hybrid.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Managed Services Delivery team ensuring the alignment of projects with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Partner with the client business IT to deliver successful enhancement projects ensuring Business IT needs are clearly identified documented designed and constructed to meet client quality architecture standards and achieve prescribed business IT outcomes
• Build and cultivate client relationships that support or enhance the Company's ability to deliver quality with a high level of quality and perceived client value and to pursue new opportunities at the client.
• Establish project performance metrics track project progress and provide regular status updates to customers ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Optimize and evolve managed services methodologies and standard processes to effectively manage the organizations project portfolio.
• Facilitate collaboration with client AMS team and client vendors to ensure successful enhancement project delivery.
• Ensure team meets or exceeds all contracted Service Level Agreement targets
• Support or lead client managed service proposals and contract negotiations
• Recruit develop and mentor project management professionals fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adequate capacity to meet demand the continuous growth and development of the team.
• Develop team members and set clear expectations of performance providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to assure alignment of goals and objectives

• 15 years SAP Delivery experience with broad based IT exposure in all aspects of IT management (risk management issue management resource management) required
• 15 years experience leading large and small scale production support and business enhancements into existing technology applications and infrastructure in other application and markets is a plus
• 5 years of experience directly supervising a team

• Experience in SAP ISU or Utility Market experience is a plus
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
