SRE Architect w/ELK Stack

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SRE Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch 7.1 or higher, Logstash, Kibana). The role involves working closely with the engineering team to integrate Elasticsearch with other systems and implementing DevOps practices, including containerization with Docker.

• Help define and develop the blueprint for ELK stack implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using the ELK Stack.
• Develop and optimize complex Elasticsearch queries for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
• Manage and maintain self-hosted Elasticsearch clusters.
• Implement DevOps practices, including containerization with Docker.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate Elasticsearch with other systems.
• Experience in data enrichment, creating dashboards, and reporting.

• Should be a self-starter with hands-on capabilities.

The annual salary for this position is between $102,600K - $162,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
