Cognizant is seeking an Application Security Architect for a full-time opportunity in Washington DC.

The salary range for this role is between $140,000 to $153,000 depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate. All applicants must have valid work authorization. We are unable to offer visa sponsorships.

Responsibilities:

* Implement and manage access management solutions such as PlainID and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), ensuring integration with enterprise systems.

* Review, document, analyze and provide improvements to new and existing access management infrastructure setup, configuration, and deployment model to ensure security and compliance.
Plan, coordinate, and execute solutions for infrastructure, cloud, and network activities related to Access Management, including installations, upgrades, and patches.
Integrate Azure DevOps for automation pipeline in deployment and testing, adhering to best practice.
Design and develop access management authorization policies based on a natural language framework developed by the IFC with PlainID or any other relevant authorization platforms.

Qualifications:

Extensive Hands-on experience with Access Management Authorization technologies such as PlainID version 5
Experience with IAM components and general Authorization Technology setup, installation, configuration, and administration, with a strong preference for experience with PlainID components is recommended.
Proven experience with SSO installation and configuration, including integration with technologies such as Keycloak, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and/or Okta.
Knowledge of Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Azure Policy.
Hands-on experience with technologies such as JMeter, Splunk, Postman, Oracle, Postgres, ADLS, PL/SQL, JSON, Azure Platform, PowerBI, and Excel. Proficient with Linux/Unix operating systems and experienced in scripting with languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
