TRIRIGA Technical Consultant - Lease Management

Role

• Deep Understanding of the TRIRIGA Platform Development components, including and not limited to Data Modeler, Form Builder, Workflow Manager, Navigation Manager, Object Label Manager, etc.
• Must have the ability to work with Comparison tools to identify client configurations and shipping product processes
• Involve in customizations, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the TRIRIGA application and platform
• Subject Matter Expert in Real Estate Lease Accounting preferred
• Understand the customer's data requirements and work with the client's resources to accurately architect and scope upgrade/data integration/migration projects.
• Experience designing solutions, developing and implementing solutions.
• Ability to engage and manage client relationships.
• Ability to engage with the existing team and manage client expectations of deliverables.
• Manage all aspects of the project related to systems and technology and their specific applications for the client.
• Responsible for the technical design documentation as well as the hands-on configuration of the IBM TRIRIGA solution through all phases of the life cycle.
• Work multiple projects simultaneously and provide status updates to management on a regular basis and update project schedules.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to accomplish project work in an efficient and quality manner.
• Strong communication skills, including representing the company in industry standards organizations or industry technical forums. Strong team leadership, mentorship, and collaboration.

Required

• 10+ years of experience in TRIRIGA Development
• Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter and highly proactive.
• Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
