Continuous improvement is expected and encouraged. CAES is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Procurement Manager to lead our strategic sourcing and procurement efforts. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials to support our production operations. You will oversee a team of procurement professionals, driving innovation and efficiency across our supply chain. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sourcing strategies to optimize costs and delivery times, negotiating favorable contracts with suppliers, managing supplier relationships to ensure performance and quality, identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities, and mitigating supply chain risks and disruptions. Salary Range: $122,000 - $175,000 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
