JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing (Nese CON) seeks applicants for the non-tenure line faculty position of Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Academic Programs. This is a full-time, 48-week appointment with full benefits; salary will be commensurate with rank and experience, and the location is University Park, PA preferred. The anticipated start date for this position is July 1, 2025. The position's overarching goal is to facilitate the success of and to support undergraduate academic programs and teaching faculty. The position requires an individual with excellent administrative and leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and an understanding of the pedagogy of nursing education. This individual will interact with campus assistant deans, directors/chairs, faculty, and university/campus/regional administrators to assure curricular integrity and quality and provide strategic direction and support for new academic initiatives. The successful candidate will report to the Nese CON Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education. Candidates must have the following qualifications:

The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing resides primarily at the University Park Campus.
