In this key role, the Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the executive leadership team that will require in-depth knowledge of department operations, policies, and procedures. This individual will deal with highly sensitive information where integrity and maintaining confidentiality is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flawlessly coordinates executive level complex calendars including company calendar, professional affiliations, external Boards & committees, personal scheduling, and travel calendars. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing long-term and short-term project plans, setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, bringing strategy and thoughtfulness into project planning, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure the project team remains in synergy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a broad range of people including Executive teams, Board members, colleagues of the CEO, community leaders and others.
  • Completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; and compiling receipts for reimbursement.
  • Plans events such as quarterly meetings, recurring staff meetings, executive off-sites, all-hands meetings, as well as assisting the team with the planning and execution of office and company events, etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the executive leader, including those of a highly confidential, personal, or critical nature.
  • Ability to make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Superior organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • The ability to partner cross functionally and globally with the ability to execute work with a diversity and inclusion lens.

Required Skills:

  • 5 to 10 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' executive support, including supporting C-level executives.
  • Skill to proactively anticipate the needs and requirements of the leadership team being supported and act upon those requirements independently.
  • Experience with meeting planning/execution.
  • Working within a large complex, international environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks while working independently and with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a remote / home based position as needed.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $68,000 - Max $119,000

The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
