We're looking for a Senior Director of Culture & Belonging to join Procore's Global Talent Organization. Procore's values and culture have been a key imperative in our success. The Senior Director of Culture and Belonging will lead a small team focused on charting our path forward in measuring and evolving our culture in service of our changing business needs.

In this highly visible and strategic role, you will have the opportunity to shape an inclusive, values-driven culture that empowers employees, supports communities, and elevates our brand as a great place to work.

This position will report to our Chief People Officer and has the opportunity to be based in our headquarters in Carpinteria, CA, or any of our U.S. offices. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

Culture and Engagement Strategy:

  • Develop a culture monitoring strategy and lead the development of any needed interventions to ensure our values and behaviors strengthen our brand identity and create alignment across our employees

  • Partner with teams to design and deploy programming that fosters engagement and belonging

  • Partner with People Analytics to understand culture drivers within our listening strategies and drive targeted interventions where necessary

Employee Programs and DEI Integration:

  • Develop a holistic DEI narrative for Procore

  • Lead and support our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), define how to best tie ERG strategy to business strategy

  • Oversee employee volunteer programs

  • Partner with each HR COE's to embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles into the employee lifecycle to foster a culture of belonging

Hybrid and Remote Work Experience:

  • Govern the transition to hybrid work, ensuring experiences are efficient, equitable, and engaging globally

  • Define our "Moments that Matter" for in person work and partner with Facilities/IT to design great experiences for remote and in office employees

  • Partner with internal comms, IT, Facilities to define employee experience drivers and align all work across teams to achieve those outcomes

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in culture, inclusion, or employee engagement leadership roles in a global organization.

  • Demonstrated success translating culture and DEI plans into business impact.

  • Expertise in DEI strategy development and integration into core business practices.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and program design.

  • Exceptional leadership with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.

  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with experience engaging executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience in hybrid and remote work transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with global operations and managing culture programs across diverse geographies.

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $216,720 - $297,990. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
