Arjo is seeking a strong Houston-basded medical sales professional to call on Acute Care facilities in the Houston Metro area. .

The selected candidate will drive sales of Arjo's key product categories: Therapeutic Surfaces & Medical Beds (TSMB) and Patient Mobility/Safety Equipment.

The primary objective of this position is to achieve revenue goals and long-term account growth that aligns with the Arjo's strategic plans while maintaining positive relationships with the customer.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:



  • Present, promote, and sell Arjo products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators within expected timeframes.
  • Create new sales opportunities through regular visits, customer engagements, facility needs analysis, and lead qualification.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best results
  • Manage and perform appropriate product demonstrations for sales opportunities and in-service training.
  • Document all planned activities, sales call logs, account information, sales opportunities, and quotes through the CRM system.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of successful and documented B2B sales experience in consultative or concept-selling environment.
  • Medical products sales experience strongly preferred, particularly in acute care setting.
  • Demonstrated experience selling capital equipment (medical device preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and/or other sales software.
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written, presentation.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
