We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Production Supervisor to oversee the operational performance of our Powder Coat Paint Line on 2nd Shift. This position will focus on ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while leading continuous improvement initiatives and team member development.

Your ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English will play a key role in building strong relationships with a diverse team, ensuring clarity in training, safety, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safety Leadership: Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to all safety policies, conducting safety tours, and encouraging near-miss/accident reporting.
* Team Management: Maintain a flexible, cross-trained workforce to meet production demand. Collaborate with the Production Trainer to implement training plans and track progress.
* Bilingual Communication: Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring clear understanding of goals, expectations, and safety standards for Spanish-speaking team members.
* Continuous Improvement: Utilize lean manufacturing tools (5S, one-piece flow, standard work, etc.) to drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
* Financial Management: Manage labor and material variances, factory burden, and overtime while contributing to budget and capital expenditure planning.
* Supervisor Standard Work: Lead daily huddles, monitor production schedules, approve labor reporting, and audit shop orders and payroll.
* Performance Management: Conduct annual performance reviews, maintain discipline records, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Required Skills:

* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of leadership experience combined with 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
* Associate's degree in Production Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proficiency in ISO 9001-2015 and lean manufacturing principles.
* High degree of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
