In this role as a QC Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection and verification of critical parameters of all incoming purchased materials. This includes, but is not limited to, filters, chemicals, packaging materials, and OEM products. As our QC Technician, you will have a strong technical background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate inspection, release, and transfer of required manufacturing components.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Issue non-conformance reports for materials that fail to meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Receiving team, Production, and other departments to coordinate material releases and resolve issues.
  • Utilize ERP system(s) to manage inventory levels, document inspection results, record usage decisions, and perform material transfers.
  • Generate monthly reports and metrics to track performance and identify trends, as well as opportunities for improvement and/or efficiency.


What You Bring:



  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in production, quality control, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, & Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $26.00 to $35.72 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
