Overview

To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Financial Management Unit Specialist (Representative Payee) is responsible for the day-to-day interaction with patients and managing their personal budgets. The successful candidate will be great with money management and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a Full-Time (days) position working out of Helio Health's Financial Management Unit.

Pay rate: $16.50 - $20.60 per hour.

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500!



Responsibilities

    Manage patients and other assigned individuals' budgets and spending disbursements in accordance with Social Security Income Guidelines.
  • Coordinates services with external case managers, managed care operators, licensing, funding, and contracting agencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients/residents, internal and external community agencies and organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience with money management and planning/budgeting in a professional setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic math such as addition, subtraction and percentages.
