Overview

As an HR Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations and various projects. This internship will provide you with hand-on experience in HR functions, such as onboarding, HRIS management, benefits, payroll, compensation and compliance, employee relations and safety. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure the efficient and effective administration of HR processes.


Responsibilities

*Support the onboarding process by reviewing new hire documentation.
*Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) and personnel records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
*Help with associate benefits administration and support associates with benefit-related inquiries.
*Assist in organizing and maintaining HR files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
*Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to email inquiries.
*Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and policy development.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive associate experience and address HR-related issues

*Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
