Riverside Overview

Position Overview

Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive and Operations managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be found in various functional areas.



Responsibilities

      Originally author and/or consolidate team inputs to complete briefings, activity reports, and corporate taskers
    • May administer or provide high level support for various projects, contracts, implementation of procedures, and/or any specialized functions
    • Collaborate with technical team to understand the procurement requirements and manage and execute the procurement lifecycle
    • Track and report contract actions, deliverables, and suspense's
    • Maintain IT data bases (IT licenses) for tracking purposes
    • Manage requested quotes from multiple vendors
    • Maintain capital spreadsheets for IT and assist for OIC IRADs
    • Create goods receipts in Costpoint on a biweekly basis
    • Maintain/update databases and member accesses
    • Help prepare metrics and slides for weekly meetings, financial reviews, operation reviews, etc.
    • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master*s degree, a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience is typically required for an employee at this level.
  • Demonstrated strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Global Comp

$80,000 - $95,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
