The mission of UC San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SSPPS) is to educate future pharmacists and scientists to become leaders in diverse fields, transform pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences, and improve human health. Under general supervision, makes significant independent contributions to ongoing and planned collaborative research projects in the field of pharmacoepidemiology, geographic information systems analysis, claims data analysis, pharmaceutical policy, and pharmaceutical health services research. Selects methods and techniques for experimental research studies. Documents and implements statistical models for research; manages, analyzes and interprets data; prepares data for analysis; and draws conclusion of data. Contributes to training of staff and performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $66,441 - $106,839 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $31.82 - $51.17 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
