Scope of Work:

Respectfully perform all aspects of tasks associated with inside sales of products and services that meet the requirements of WPI customers.

Primary Job Responsibilities:



  • Fulfills all functions and duties of Parts Person I & II
  • Assist outside sales with quotes and inquiries
  • Maintain good paperwork flow from parts department
  • Assists shop with parts orders on overhauls
  • Coordinate emergency orders with WPI vendors and delivery companies
  • Monitor and report problems with inventory and stock levels
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Must have 2 years previous experience
  • Must High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some mechanical background or knowledge is helpful


Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's)



  • Must have a current driver's license and acceptable driving record per WPI insurance company standards
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows based environment
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, must be able to bend and twist several times a day
  • Must be able to bend and twist several times a day
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours and days
  • Must be dependable and work independent
  • Must maintain good client relations
  • Must maintain a professional appearance
  • Must promote and maintain a clean, neat and safe work environment
  • Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment, (i.e. fax, printer copier, etc.)
  • Must have the ability to effectively operate forklift
  • Must protect the company assets and interests


Working Conditions:



  • Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Weekend hours as necessary.
  • Office indoor work.
