Logistics Center Associate I

KARL STORZ is seeking a dedicated Logistics Center Associate I to join our fast-paced team. As part of our Logistics Center, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth material handling and processing operations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow within a culture focused on continuous improvement (LEAN) and operational excellence. You will work with SAP transactions, handle customer returns, and support various logistics tasks while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Hours - 6 AM EST - 2 :30 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer returns accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Document the receipt of returns and ensure attention to detail.
  • Resolve issues and follow up on returns to ensure completion.
  • Adhere to established SAP transactions for material handling.
  • Assist with other tasks and fill in for various roles as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dependable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift to 25 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 320 lbs. and use a manual pallet jack.
  • Frequent movement including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasional use of warehouse ladder.
