Speech Language Pathologist Lexington, KY

Part-time (PRN) 1st Shift

Description:

  • Provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Speech Therapy services
  • Conducts comprehensive diagnostic evaluations
  • Develops appropriate treatment plans
  • Counsels patients and caregivers regarding cognitive-communicative/swallow disorder
  • Exhibits willingness and ability to learn and share pertinent information
  • Abide by all BHSI Policies and Procedures and ethical standards of practice

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Current and valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Kentucky or eligibility
  • Maintain Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Maintain mandatory CEUs to practice in the state of Kentucky
