Job Description:
PURPOSE According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the Director of Compensation, the Sr. Compensation Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's compensation programs align with business objectives and industry standards. You will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring internal equity and compliance with relevant regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EXPECTATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) preferred. Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in compensation management or related field, with a strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and trends. Mental: Must have excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English, as well as the ability to make self-understood. Skills: Must have good working computer skills with basic professional computer software (Microsoft Office suite, HRIS, Market Pricing Software, data analysis tools, etc.) and the capacity for learning new software systems quickly. Must have strong skills in analytical & critical thinking, relationship management, business acumen, strong motivational skills and a high emotional intelligence quotient (EQ). Work Location: In office minimum 3 days per week.
