Schedule Details:This 1.0 FTE commits to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8-1630 with occasional or possible weekends as need. What You Will Do:
The Department Assistant is responsible to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties in an organized, timely and accurate manner. This individual is primarily responsible for scheduling appointment in the EPIC Electronic Health Record System. Other Responsibilities Include: Promptly answers/responds to phone calls, voicemails, and emails. What you will need:
