Role Overview: **This role can be filled in Dallas, Tampa, Cleveland or New York. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior Change Management Leader who will be responsible for developing and institutionalizing a best-in-class change management strategy that enhances employee readiness across the Service organization. This role involves creating and implementing comprehensive change management frameworks, toolkits, and templates to support consistent, predictable execution of major organizational transformations. The Senior Leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and executive change and business leaders to align strategies and ensure seamless change implementation. This role also requires managing business-as-usual change activities, developing risk mitigation plans, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Senior Leader will act as a trusted advisor, guiding business leaders on driving successful change and ensuring agility across the organization. Regular reporting on change progress and outcomes will be essential, utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for further improvement. What You'll Do: Change Strategy Development

Pay Transparency Salary Range:$100,000-$155,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
