Manager of Business Development, TouchNet Athletics

Summary: Help develop, facilitate, and execute the sales strategy for entering into the College Athletics vertical. Leveraging our existing relationships on campus, forging new relationships in the AD's office, and coordinating with both internal (TouchNet/Global teams) as well as external partners, to find new opportunities and expand the TouchNet Platform. Responsibilities:
Help expand and adapt TouchNet's industry leading campus commerce platform, used by over 1,200 schools today, to College Athletics. Build a deep knowledge of the interworking of the modern college athletic department. Build new relationships inside the athletic departments and the 3rd parties that help manage their day to day operations. Manage and grow TouchNet Athletics Partnerships, to further expand and enhance the Athletics platform. Build a sales pipeline with Athletic Departments across the US and Canada. Help form strategic partnerships that fit into our platform and can be monetized. Forecast partner revenue and formulate revenue share programs that benefit all stakeholders. Supports Product and Business Development teams in mergers, acquisitions, and/or joint ventures as it pertains to College Athletics related companies. Locate and propose potential business deals by prospecting partners and discovering and exploring the opportunities provided by those potential partnerships. Assist with Marketing as it pertains to College Athletics, helping exhibit, present, coordinate partner joint marketing efforts and assist with joint client/partner presentations, webinars, case studies, and more. Coordinate with existing sales reps across Global Payments (and TouchNet) to leverage existing campus contacts and opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required 3+ years of successful sales and partner management 3+ years experience with Higher Education Payments and/or Auxiliary Services companies Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Track record of success building and maintaining relationships across geographies
