Overview
Responsibilities
The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service to our clients while leading a team of architects, engineers, and interior designers within a collaborative environment.
- Strategic Growth: This role is pivotal for driving the strategic growth of our architectural practice. The ideal candidate will possess established client relationships and a track record of cultivating new connections at local and regional levels.
- Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership, organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills. An experienced, highly motivated, self-directed professional with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
- Project Coordination: Interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating large architectural led design assignments with responsibility for all aspects of the overall program and specific projects.
- Client Meetings: Leading client meetings, facilitating decisions to resolve important questions, and planning/coordination of overall programs and specific projects.
- Travel: Travel required.
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
- Bonus and Incentives: In addition to our competitive and market-driven data compensation ranges, this role includes eligibility for our annual, target bonus/incentive program. Our target bonus program is based on company and individual performance and goals.

Qualifications
What You Will Bring:
- Educational Background: Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture and registration as a Licensed Architect required.
- Professional Experience: Twelve (12) or more years of related practical experience required.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in the design and development of government facilities (i.e., judicial/courthouse structures).
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work with a variety of project types on multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
- Software Proficiency: Basic familiarity with Revit and CADD design software.
