Overview
Job Purpose ICE (Intercontinental Exchange) is seeking a Communications Associate to support internal communications and engagement initiatives for our company's approximately 13,000 employees. Our workforce, located in 20+ countries globally, is fueling our company's rapid growth as a leader in the financial services and mortgage industries. Critically, the communications you will produce play an important role in helping our employees understand our mission, values, strategy and goals so they can keep moving us forward. Reporting to the head of internal communications, you'll join a dedicated team that strives to inform, engage and support employees at all levels of the organization. This role requires a creative corporate communications professional with an uncanny eye for details who excels at producing a wide range of content for multiple internal channels. Ideally, you have experience communicating with a company's employees, have developed or executed employee engagement strategies, understand human resources fundamentals and/or are familiar with positioning an employer brand. Beyond these fundamental qualities, you should have a baseline understanding of the financial services or mortgage industries. You will excel even further in this role if you're familiar with capital markets, geopolitical issues or global business trends. A broad skillset with deep experience in the public relations, human resources, investor relations and/or marketing disciplines is a plus. An agency background or previous work at a publicly listed company is preferred. Responsibilities
