WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a supervisor, you will lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills while managing a team to achieve daily production goals. You will be responsible for ensuring products meet Harmon's quality standards and maintaining accountability for the overall quality of the production line. This role involves managing time and attendance, driving accountability within the team, and ensuring accurate labor tracking. You will interpret blueprints, ensuring specifications are followed, and contribute actively to Leader Tier meetings to drive operational success. Additionally, you will promote a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to safe working practices, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Effective communication will be key, as you provide clear and assertive feedback to team members while fostering engagement and motivation. By taking ownership of quality procedures and driving improvements, you will help ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds production and quality expectations. PERKS WE OFFER:
