Work Schedule:

Hybrid - Buffalo, NY Moog has an opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineering Training and Development Specialist to join our Central Supply Chain's Supplier Quality Excellence team. This position will work hand-in-hand with each of the Aerospace & Defense Operating Groups to ensure that Moog continues to consistently deliver the high-quality products that our customers expect for safety-critical applications through standardized training and alignment to Moog's Supplier Quality Policy. In this role, you will report to the Director of Supplier Quality Excellence in East Aurora, NY. As a Supplier Quality Engineering Training and Development Specialist you will: * Champion the design & development of a standardized global Supplier Quality (SQ) training program, primarily centered around:
  • Supplier quality auditing skills
  • Root cause Investigations
  • Corrective action evaluations
  • AS9100 Interpretation & application
  • Moog's supplier quality policies and processes
  • Outside Special Processing auditing and certification
* Administer and Maintain SQ training program & certifications to the global Supplier Quality Community * Collaboratively create Supplier training modules that can be utilized by Moog's Operating Group Teams * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments * Support Supplier Quality Communities of Practice. To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field relative to Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, quality assurance, or related area
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards (ex. AS9100)
  • Project Management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems, or other training technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Moog's global Operating Groups
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $89,000.00-$125,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
