Summary: In this role, as an HR Director, you will serve as a trusted and strategic business partner and coach, ensuring a deep understanding of the people needs and business requirements of assigned business areas. You will collaborate with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver effective solutions that align employees and equip them to achieve business results. The HR Director should have deep business acumen, a solid understanding of HR and a proven track record of delivering high-impact results. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
