A Day in the Life
The L'Oreal team is looking for a passionate, pro-active and detail-oriented candidate to join the Content Acceleration Team focused on driving a best-in-class digital experience. As a content champion, you will be focused on executing a content framework by working with digital asset management platforms and leading end to end workflow processes supporting key stakeholders on brand levels. They will manage the broader digital ecosystem relates to PDP content, syndication, and KPI measurement supporting cross functional teams through training, education and reporting against the digital shelf. The candidate must have strong communication & organizational expertise with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while managing internal and external resources to effectively bring projects to life.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
1-3 years of Digital Asset Management, Digital Marketing, Digital Shelf and-or Content Experience
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
Must be able to work within timelines, with attention to detail, accuracy, and a sense of urgency
Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Promotes a Culture of Collaboration and Teamwork
Process-Oriented Mindset Along With High Level of Curiosity
Ability to Take Initiative, Act Proactively & Drive Projects to the Finish Line
Responsibilities
Merchandising Framework: Assist in the execution of content playbooks to key stakeholders ensuring all global-local guidelines and Retailer/Industry requirements are harmonized and achieved.
Stakeholder engagement: Support team lead in their engagement with key stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for digital merchandising initiatives.
Collaboration and Support: Support team lead to drive collaboration of Brand Teams & CX Teams to support digital merchandising opportunities, specific to new & existing channel adaptation and execution of plans.
Workflow Management: Manage end to end content workflows as a "hands on keyboard" manager, to streamline communication, improve timelines & ensure publication, execution and availability across channels.
Brand Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Assist and support team lead to communicate brand SLA's to ensure adoption levels are meeting all project guidelines, expectations and delivery-availability timelines.
Learning and Training: Upskill to learning agendas and training materials to establish clear KPI's & measurement framework to drive continuous optimizations.
Scorecard Compliance: Play active role in driving adoption of digital shelf compliance, digital shelf measurement/Insights and act as subject matter expert across relevant platforms.
What We Offer
Salary Range: $84,500- $120,400 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)
