JOB SUMMARY Oversees and directs the full scope of tissue and eye banking operations at UT Southwestern. The Director is responsible for the administration and growth of the Transplant Services Center, as well as relationships with partner organizations and community outreach. BENEFITS
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
10+ years progressively responsible experience in a related clinical or laboratory environment. and 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Master's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
8 years progressively responsible experience in eye/tissue banking strongly preferred. and 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity in an eye/tissue bank.
