The Leonardo DRS Land Electronics business provides C4I Network computing and integrated situational awareness, as well as state-of-the-art embedded diagnostics, vehicle power management and combat vehicle integration products and services.

Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain support activities
  • Maintain files, logs, records of requisitions, cycle counts, vendor maintenance requests andrelated documentation.
  • Maintain information on computer systems, and assist in expediting purchase requisitions, vendor change requests, and cycle count accuracy audits
  • May assist Accounting Department in clerical or data entry tasks as needed
  • May assist in developing or imporving various process used throughout the business unit
  • Perform a variety of routine activities in support of functional areas such as operations, engineering, or accounting for a specific project, business or a technical unit
  • Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
  • Compile, review and analyze data
  • Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
  • May design processes to enhance work flow
  • Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
  • This position typically spends 90% of their time supporting the function
  • Good understanding of general job aspects and some understanding of the detailed aspects of the job
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Job Responsibilities Part II
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Busines Adminstration or IT and is either a Junior or Senior with a 3.0 GPA
  • Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed
  • Attention to detail and willingness/ability to hild others to policy
  • The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team independently
  • Be available to work part-time, average of 20 hours during the spring semester
