    Platform Security professionals develop and deliver solutions - including design and implementation of Oracle application Security Roles, Segregation of Duties Analysis Rules, Security Role Provisioning solutions, Security Workflow, Security Analytics, Enterprise GRC Solutions, Automated External Application Scanning, and Automated Source Code Analysis - that minimize the impact of internal and external manipulation of applications to access, steal, modify, or delete sensitive data.

    We are currently looking for professionals for our Platform Security practice with extensive experience in the following:

    You Are:

    A Security and Risk professional developing and delivering solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications, and data by establishing policies, practices, and tools that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or disruption.

    Our Platform Security professionals develop and deliver solutions - including design and implementation of Security Roles, Segregation of Duties Analysis Rules, Security Role Provisioning solutions, Security Workflow, Business Process Controls, Security Analytics, Enterprise GRC Solutions, Automated External Application Scanning, and Automated Source Code Analysis - that minimize the impact of internal and external manipulation of applications to access, steal, modify, or delete sensitive data.

    As a Security Specialist Manager focusing on platform security, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our enterprise applications including ERP, HCM, CX, and other critical business platforms. You will lead efforts in environment hardening, improving monitoring security testing, governance, risk, and compliance. This role demands a proactive leader who can design, implement, and manage robust security configurations and access controls, specifically in Oracle Fusion, to meet unique client security requirements.

    The Work (Key Responsibilities):

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop, refine, and implement security strategies and solutions tailored to HCM and ERP within Oracle Cloud to protect sensitive business data.
    • Actively participate in the business development process and contribute to building out the team by coaching and mentoring new team members.

    Client Collaboration:

    • Lead client engagements, ensuring that deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives.
    • Strengthen client relationships through regular interactions, understanding their business, and communicating expectations to the engagement team.

    Security Management:

    • Design and enforce strict security configurations and access controls, addressing security requirements adequately during cloud migration or setup.
    • Regularly review and refine security configurations, staying abreast of Oracle's product roadmaps, especially concerning security enhancements.

    Risk & Compliance Management:

    • Develop and implement Risk Management Cloud access controls, configuration controls and/or transaction controls.
    • Monitor internal controls within Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP to ensure data integrity and compliance.

    Process Optimization:

    • Design and implement efficient new joiner, mover, leaver processes.
    • Lead components of engagements and contribute to engagement planning, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives.

Heres What You Need (Basic Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working for a systems integrator.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and/or assessing Oracle Fusion Cloud security and SOD controls.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Oracle Fusion Cloud role design
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud security.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
  • Travel will be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Skills):

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Security, including role designing across functional and technical domain areas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with business process risk & control design, implementation or assessment across various business cycles.
  • Industry-recognized Professional Security certification (e.g. CISSP).
  • Experience working for the Big 4 or Global SI is highly desired.
  • Certifications in Oracle Core HR, Oracle Financials, or Procurement.
  • Certified in Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
  • High-level proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Proactive and adaptable to learning new technologies and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
