Nestle Development Center in Marysville is one of the longest-standing R&D centers in Nestle's worldwide network. Here, we are the home of great coffee innovation - we provide technical development expertise for beverage products, working on well renowned brands Starbuck's, Coffee-Mate, Nescafe and Blue Bottle. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receive one or more project assignments related to some aspect of an ongoing process engineering project. This may include support with mechanical drawings, commissioning of equipment in the pilot plant, product trials, implementation of automation or rollout of digital tools.
  • Work under the supervision of an experienced mentor and provide regular updates, as well as develop and present a preliminary project plan, progress reports, and a final presentation of results.
  • There will be multiple opportunities to interact professionally with other researchers both within the Technology Competence Unit as well as other functional groups in the facility.

Job Qualifications (Minimum Education, Experience, and Knowledge)

  • Undergraduate student currently enrolled in an engineering discipline at a 4 year university
