Make your mark for patients

UCB's Dermatology organization is looking for a Global Stakeholder Integrator (GSI) to join our Global Dermatology team based out of our US Headquarters in Smyrna, GA. Our new GSI will drive innovation to align strategies ensuring that our assets progress toward the market with a cohesive and compelling value proposition in order to best meet the needs of patients. This is to be achieved through an in-depth understanding of and insights into stakeholders needs and motivations, market dynamics (including competitive intelligence), and the state of relevant technologies. This role aims to impact key outcomes, potential value to society, and contribute to UCB's leadership in the disease state and overall.

  • With Cross-functional teams in an international and complex matrix environment

What you'll do:

  • Leadership of the Stakeholder Integrator Sub Team. Role model UCB's Leadership Value Principles, development and management of sub-teams' staff in matrixed environment.
  • Ensure value maximization of the Asset through indication maximization, prioritization and sequencing, formulation and delivery devices improvements:
  • Develop and delivery of the long-term Asset strategy including global cross-functional plans (ISP - Integrated Strategic Plan) for each patient population
  • Strategically position the Asset globally to accelerate market leadership, development of global patient population vision and strategy cross-functionally (ISP) considering patient needs, differentiation, market dynamics for the different indications and societal value
  • Global brand development & ownership, including TPVP, brand house, brand positioning, core claims, long term narrative & story lift. Guardrails and one brand framework cross indication for brand elevation and consistency:
  • Steer the asset throughout its lifecycle to support asset differentiation and maximization:
  • Lead the needs of generating global and gathers local insights (across customers and CI) to answer business questions on the asset. Competitive and market landscape assessment:
  • Drive both assets long range forecast, market sizing, support the assessment of the indication NPVs and guidance to regions:

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Education: BA/BS degree, scientific and business background preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years in progressively strategic leadership roles accountable for influencing Asset strategy with measurable results, preferably in both global/ regional and local roles
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within Dermatology
  • Global leadership recommended or regional, and in country operational launch execution and P/L experience desirable: Demonstrable ability to work at and with Global and Regions/Countries inc. US/EU/RoW
  • Strategy: Experience of developing vision and strategies for the business and aligning senior leadership and other key stakeholders to the way forward
  • Lifecycle: Proven experience of partnership with access, commercial, medical and other functions to establish lifecycle plans
  • Launch Experience: Has actively led previous launches in Dermatology, ideally preferable from P2 through to post-launch
  • Cross-functional team leadership: Experience in bringing together functional partners to deliver across the launch plan critical deliverables for region launches

SALARY: This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $177,200 to $232,600 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
