Mainline Information Systems is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

The Position:



  • Design and develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows/ Workflows.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce permissions, sharing rules, and security settings.
  • Support both Salesforce Lightning and Classic environments.
  • Supporting, maintaining, and improving the working of existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
  • Develop user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Work with APIs, JSON, and XML for data exchange between systems.
  • Utilize programming skills in C# and/or Java for external application integration.
  • Strong ability to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide innovative solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adept at identifying issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and clients to ensure successful delivery.



Required skills and qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience in Salesforce Development
  • Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce lightning and classic frameworks
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flows/ Workflows and permissions and sharing
  • Experience with front-end and back-end programming languages such as C# and/or Java, and JavaScript
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JSON



Preferred skills and qualifications:



  • "Salesforce Developer 2" and "Salesforce Advanced Administrator" certifications are a plus.
  • Salesforce Mobile app configuration and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Admin tools (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra).
  • Experience with MuleSoft.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, GIT, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

This is a work-from-home position anywhere in the US.

  • Requires use of general office equipment and personal computer equipment.
