GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for auditing direct projects for accurate paperwork, Contract, pricing, and order setup. Assist and support Senior Order Audit Analyst with work and participates in initiatives to become more effective and efficient with our systems and processes. Support the work of Invoicing & AR Teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist Senior Order Audit Analyst in auditing projects in timely and accurate manner.
  • Reading Contract POs, checking Order Proposals and/or Bills of Material, learning about Knoll KPRs, Knoll order functions, and Knoll Invoicing.
  • Participate in the timely communication and follow up to dealerships
  • Train with Senior Order Audit Analysts, DI Analysts, Contracts, and the AR teams to become familiar with both the Knoll and Miller processes.
  • Become proficient in answering questions about contract terms.
  • Support the work of AR & Invoicing, and manage basic portfolio as required.
  • Identify orders with pricing variances prior to invoicing as directed by Senior Order Analyst.
  • Complete Line-Item audits of orders with pricing variances as needed, as determined
  • Support Training of dealers with Direct Business Processes
  • Work with internal business partners to resolve order processing issues that prevent or delay order acknowledgements.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting /Finance. or equivalent experience demonstrating proficiency in problem solving.
  • Prior experience in Order to Cash process, Accounts Receivable, or Credit Management a plus.

Skills and Abilities

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Proficient understanding of Order to Cash system.
  • Ability to learn to read and compare terms of a deal/contract.
  • Experience with reviewing and auditing customer purchase orders.
  • Some knowledge of and experience with accounting principles, concepts, and theories.
  • Ability to successfully complete assignments in a timely manner, considering Customer needs and priorities.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Ability to apply logic in solving problems non-routine in nature.
