Job Description:

Summary

As the Early Careers & Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving Kokosing's campus recruiting strategies across post-secondary degree programs. This role involves building relationships with educational institutions, managing recruitment events, and creating a pipeline of diverse, high-potential candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. The ideal individual will have strong communication and organization skills and operate well in a self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key educational institutions, career services departments, student organizations, and faculty members.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, such as HR, talent acquisition, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment in recruitment efforts.
  • Process Development and Improvement: You'll establish and refine campus recruiting processes to improve candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and engagement with educational institutions. Assess processes to provide a streamlined and effective experience for all involved.
  • Leverage data to lead the development and execution of campus recruiting and early talent strategies.
  • Facilitate large scale presentations and recruiting events.
  • Manage the recruiting forecast and events calendar to ensure agreement on organizational goals.

Education And Experience

  • Proven experience building relationships with colleges and universities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, drive for results, a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in KPI tracking, data analysis, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage high-level strategy and day-to-day operation
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with campus recruiting technology preferred (Yello, Handshake, etc)
  • 4+ years' experience as a successful Talent Acquisition Partner focused on early talent (required) either an in-house, RPO, or staffing agency.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
