CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Program Analyst / Knowledge Management Specialist, MTCCS
Fort Johnson, Louisiana (FJLA) ATS is seeking a qualified Knowledge Management Specialist to support the Fort Johnson, Louisiana (FJLA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) Contract with Simulation/Stimulation training support. Support to the Berry MTC shall include integrated individual and collective Mission Command (MC) staff training and exercise via live, virtual and constructive modeling and simulations (e.g., Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC)) for home station, mission planning and rehearsal, and pre-deployment training ranging from platoon up to Combined Joint Task Forces (CJTF) levels with its Areas of Operations, to include Constructive and Gaming support to Title 10 Army training, Joint Training Plan (JTP), Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) engagement plan, Mission Rehearsals, Joint Interagency, Intergovernmental and Multinational (JIIM), and other multinational training are critical support elements for the Bery MTC. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Perform duties as the Knowledge Management Lead for the facility.
- Will have access to and regularly work with Government sensitive data and may be asked to represent the Government at meetings and conferences.
- Receive training request, track and approve requests, and follow up with customers, as required for all scheduling needs.
- Responsible for content management on the MTC Share Point portal, social media, media production capabilities in support of training and exercises; to include audio, video and print as well as interface with MTC Government Knowledge Management Leads.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have experience, or equivalent, working in the Microsoft SharePoint environment Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft A365 or similar web based collaboration software tool(s) and new or emerging programs/software.
- Have experience designing and implementation of web design, collaboration tools and content management.
- Have experience designing and implementation of web parts and SharePoint dashboards, collaboration tools and content management, must understand the SharePoint Workflow and InfoPath products.
- Experience with tracking calendars, information, and different types of data.
- Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the Army Mission Command Information System sustainment course offerings available at the MTC, as well as course capacity, available facilities, rooms, fixtures, furniture and equipment, training area space and VTC capabilities available for scheduling.
- Knowledge of the resources (e.g., facilities, space, rooms, training area, etc.) required to conduct computer driven simulations for platoon, CO, BN, BDE, division, and corps level exercises.
- Have 3 to 5 years' demonstrated experience managing Physical Security and Access controlled areas. Access control experience includes but is not limited to the following: verify clearances through DISS of all individuals requiring access to secure facilities requiring a valid clearance; issue badges IAW Physical Security SOP; provide access to facilities; monitor who was granted access to facilities and their clearance levels, maintain facility access/visitor control logs, administer, and manage the Electronic Security System (ESS). Possess demonstrated experience with Army Key Control policies and procedures outlined in AR 190-11 as well as Access and handling of Classified Material IAW FAR 52.204-2, Security Requirements.
