Job Purpose:
The Operations Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring efficient, data-driven operations across the company. This role involves performing in-depth analysis of financial results, auditing company operations, assisting in report preparation and distribution, and working with branch personnel to drive continuous improvement. The Operations Analyst's work supports key decision-making, using insights to enhance company profitability and operational efficiency in alignment with our core values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Honor Commitments:
Conduct thorough audits of company operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all reporting and data analyses.
Develop and maintain metrics for asset management to provide reliable, actionable insights to support executive decisions utilizing Power BI.
Maintain accountability in report accuracy and timeliness, meeting all deadlines for internal and external data requests.

Create Positive Experiences:
Work collaboratively with branch personnel, providing clear, constructive insights to improve processes and support operational success.
Deliver comprehensive information to executive and accounting teams, ensuring a positive, well-informed decision-making environment.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, contributing to a collaborative, productive work culture.

Foster Lifelong Learning:
Analyze financial results and company performance, continually seeking new insights to enhance reporting and decision-making.
Work with Corporate and dealership teams identifying, collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to turn it into meaningful information that companies can utilize to improve and grow.
Work with the Operations Auditor and team to identify and learn new auditing methods, metrics, and analytical tools.
Stay updated on best practices in financial and operational analytics, using this knowledge to improve reporting and analysis quality.

Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and provide innovative solutions to optimize performance.
Develop analytical tools and metrics that provide a forward-looking perspective on inventory and asset management through Power BI visualizations.
Utilize creative problem-solving approaches to assist sales administration and location operations with challenges and improvements.

Demonstrate Good Stewardship:
Manage and analyze key metrics to ensure financial accountability across all locations.
Monitor truck sale gross profit calculations, ensuring responsible, transparent reporting that supports long-term business success.
Support sustainability by identifying areas where improved efficiency and responsible resource management can positively impact profitability.
Monitor the accuracy of all product sales gross profit calculations, ensuring responsible, transparent reporting that supports long-term business success.

Other Duties as Assigned:
Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Data Analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Proficient in Google Apps, Microsoft Excel, other related programs
Proficient in the programming language of SQL. Ability to write complex SQL queries involving joins, subqueries, aggregations and advanced functions to retrieve and transform data
Proven ability to collaborate effectively, implement business process changes, and support peers in achieving process improvements.
Strong data collection, analysis, and presentation skills; expertise in inventory management and performance analytics.
Valid Driver's License required.
