Overview The EP Associate, under direct supervision, performs specific assignments of basic and moderate complexity in maintenance of software (IWMS), planning and engineering, conducts equipment inspects, performs field evaluations and prepares associated reports. Ensures internal and external customers receive a Plus 1 Customer Experience.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Utilize, maintain and implement software applications (such as, but not limited to, Maximo or MRI Manhattan IWMS) for Facilities & Field Services
- Analyze data and run reports from various systems
- Conduct field inspections of Company properties
- Work with internal organizations (ex: Facilities & Field Services organizations, Information Technology, Engineering, Construction, etc.) and external stakeholders (ex: vendors, contractors)
- Liaison with internal customers to better support their needs to software applications
- Support Real Estate projects (such as Space/Portfolio optimization) and initiatives
- Procure supplies and equipment, as necessary
- Monitors O&M and Capital expenditures to ensure budget guidelines are met
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Data Analytics, Information Science, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering and Recent college graduates must have one (1) year of work experience (full-time and/or internships); OR,
- Six (6) months experience considered if participated in the company's CO-OP or summer CO-OP internships
Relevant Work Experience

- Proficient in the use of MS Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point, required.
- Adept at using the internet for communication and research, required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, required.
- A commitment to customer service, required.
- Must demonstrate a positive work ethic in support of the Companys Corporate Values and Mission, required.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various levels of management, union personnel, internal and external customers as well as vendors and outside agencies, required.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments, required
- Must also have a demonstrated ability to accept challenges and use creative thinking to analyze data and recommend solutions, required.
- Must exercise good judgment and render sound decisions, required.
- Knowledge of work management/asset management systems a plus.
- Ability to perform data analytics to determine some meaning through data, required.

Additional Physical Demands
- Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
- Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed
- Must be able to participate in the Companys emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
- Must push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds
- Must sit or stand to answer a phone for entire shift
- Must sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for entire shift
- Must be able to read small print and symbols.
