Responsibilities

This Global Planner will be focused on:

    Maintain customer service targets through planning & distribution processes.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand part coverage needs and tailor planning parameters to meet these requirements.
  • Review forecasts and safety stock to drive accurate part order quantities and timing.
  • Review and "action" system generated order recommendations and exceptions.
  • Analyze inventory levels to ensure proper distribution across the regions.
  • Investigate Fill Loss misses attributed to forecast / planning parameters or accuracy ... For high impact parts / families, develop corrective action plans to address.
  • Maintain key part planning parameters (ie - lead times).
  • Conduct analysis for advanced seasonal planning.
  • Report out to management team on Planning KPIs.
  • Develop custom applications using Power Apps, leveraging Power FX to build dynamic and user-friendly solutions for a global user base
  • Utilize M Query in Power BI to craft complex data transformations and queries, optimizing data integration and reporting processes.
  • Employee Visual Studio Code for scripting and development, improving functionality and performance of data-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensuring that develop applications met business needs and improved operational efficiency.
  • Implement advanced data handling techniques, including web scraping and large dataset analysis, to support the development of robust, data-driven applications


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Economics preferred with 2 year of relevant experience OR
  • 3+ years Supply Chain experience, Materials Management experience (specifically Inventory, Planning, Procurement, and related processes)
  • Advanced MS Office skills, understanding of VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and basic formulas.
  • 1+ years Analytics experience analyzing, collecting, and presenting data
  • Fluent in English

The ideal candidate will have:

  • APICS Certification
  • Experience in Logistics/Distribution industry
  • 1+ years Analytics experience analyzing, collecting, and presenting data
  • Capacity to lead cross regional meetings & projects
  • Experience with Cognos
  • Experience working in a high autonomy environment
  • Experience with Power Apps (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, etc.)

The annual salary for this role is $52,875 - $70,500 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
