Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a dedicated Construction Coordinator to manage the delivery and installation of tools and construction materials. Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking site rental equipment, maintaining accurate laydown areas, and supervising general labor tasks. You will assist Superintendents and Project Managers with scheduling, enforce safety protocols, and identify and correct safety hazards. Additionally, you will maintain accurate accounting records, including approving hours for labor crews assigned to construction and tool installation tasks.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate tool install and construction materials deliveries as well as equipment and parts deliveries

  • Establish and maintain accurate laydown areas for construction and tool install

  • Coordinate and track site rental equipment inventory, cost, maintenance, drop off and pick up

  • Supervise execution of general labor tasks across the site

  • Assist Superintendents and Project Managers with schedule coordination of general labor tasks and deliveries

  • Maintain and enforce safety protocols and procedures

  • Assist in identification and correction of safety hazards across the site

  • Maintain accurate accounting and inventory of all construction and equipment installation related materials.

What you'll bring:
  • 0-2 years of experience in site coordination and/or construction

  • Demonstrated experience in resource allocation and schedule tracking

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
