Job Description

As an emerging professional, you will become a valuable contributor to one of Visa's dynamic technology teams. We are seeking a highly motivated MBA intern to join our Product Partnerships team for Risk & Identity Solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on strategic initiatives and collaborate with various departments to enhance our product offerings in the fraud and risk space.

Some job duties and projects could include:

  • Conduct independent research on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging fintech solutions in the risk and identity space.
  • Analyze data and synthesize information to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the team and leadership.
  • Assist in the development and execution of partnership strategies, including identifying potential partners and evaluating partnership opportunities.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Students pursuing a MBA Degree with a graduation date in 2025 or later; Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to conduct independent research on various topics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to teams and leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on
  • Strong ability to collaborate
  • Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented
  • Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in strategy, consulting, or product development is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $46.00/hr - $46.00/hr which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department

This is a hybrid position: Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
