JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting directly to the VP/GM Managed Service Providers, the Program Office Director is responsible for definition and implementation of a structured management model for the virtual business unit's main business functions, initiatives, cross-functional programs, and special projectsoutside the scope of corporate operational functions such as Financial, SalesOps, Commercial, Engineering, Partner Programand including:

• Tracking and analytics for cross-functional business management metrics and milestones
• Cross-functional annual and quarterly planning, QBRs
• Monthly operational reporting and quarterly executive reporting
• Management of strategy implementation including cross-functional initiatives, change programs, special projects
• New Product Introduction program
• Partner-facing QBRs, advisory boards
• Overall process standardization and improvement

Qualifications and Prerequisites:

• At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry
• At least 5 years of experience in the data protection, backup, disaster recovery industry
• At least 2 years of experience running a PMO organization or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with Project and Program Management practices
• Experience in structuring and managing business planning and reporting processes
• Experience in executive reporting, presentations, and communication
• Excellent skills with program management and reporting related tools: MS Office, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent
