Overview

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Business Enablement Analyst will function as a consultant to our sales and internal operations teams by identifying opportunities to deliver growth through fact-based recommendations and reporting. Key responsibilities include enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team by analyzing available data, identifying trends and performance drivers and providing recommendations to grow sales and improve operational performance.



Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Responsible for continuous performance data analysis using internal and external data sources to help sales, marketing, operations, and customers meet strategic goals.
  • Develop and utilize Salesforce and Tableau dashboarding to analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations focused on optimizing sales growth and team efficiency.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of key company and customer strategic initiatives, and identify, develop, and report key KPIs and actions needed to achieve goals.
  • Utilize fragmented data sources (Salesforce CRM data, Customer POS, Internal ships data, customer, shopper & consumer insights), to identify opportunities and communicate recommended actions.
  • Track and measure activity impacting the business, such as promotions, advertising, resets, item transitions, new item launches, and packaging changes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Support sales in developing optimal retailer modular and promotional vehicle merchandising solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to develop optimal Salesforce CRM ecosystem to support Shurtape C&C business goals.
  • Manage all aspects of Salesforce training for the C&C Business.
  • Manage customer data and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
  • Oversee opportunity pipelines and provide insights to improve sales processes.
  • Communicate Salesforce system changes, enhancements, and updates to users effectively.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, resolving issues, and answering queries related to Salesforce.
  • Make suggestions, upgrades, and user-friendly changes within Salesforce CRM.
  • Administer Salesforce user access, creation and deletion of groups, invitations to users, and generating weekly and monthly reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in highly analytical work. Experience in one of the following areas is highly preferred: business analytics, category management, supply chain/forecasting/replenishment, competitive intelligence / Shopper, or consumer insights.
  • Very strong computer and analytical skills required: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred experience: SAP and database management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and sales analytics tools (Tableau).
  • Proven performance with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • JDA/ProSpace space planning experience a plus.
  • Strong detail orientation and desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Ability to work in front of a laptop or PC workstation for extended periods of time.
  • Occasionally standing, sitting, walking, and talking on the phone.
  • Hybrid work environment, schedule flexibility to include after-hours workload.
  • Travel required (up to 30%) to the customer headquarters/stores or off-site offices.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a fast-paced heavily office related work environment with consistent pressure to complete duties as outlined above which requires ability to manage multiple projects at a detailed level and provide support to many internal departments in a fast-changing environment. Many duties listed above are time-sensitive and have strict deadlines for completion.
