Food and Beverage Supervisor

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 1844 Table & Mash, Crow's Nest, and The Stella Cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all venues.
- Ensure each outlet is appropriately staffed and assist in scheduling based on business levels.
- Greet and engage guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and support F&B staff across all outlets, providing training, guidance, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
- Uphold Company policies and service standards, modeling exemplary behavior and professionalism for the team.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members to ensure high service quality and staff retention.
- Assist and collaborate in managing inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies of food, beverages, and equipment are on hand while minimizing waste.
- Ensure all outlets comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards, conducting routine inspections and enforcing hygiene protocols.
- Support and promote F& B initiatives, such as special events, seasonal menus, and daily specials, to drive revenue and engage guests.
- Work closely with Marketing and Management to implement and communicate promotions effectively.
- Track sales and guest feedback related to promotions, providing input for future initiatives.
- Prepare and submit shift reports summarizing key activities, guest feedback, and any operational challenges to F&B Management.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in outlet operations.
Qualifications for Food and Beverage Supervisor:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Additional education or certification in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years in Food and Beverage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Knowledgeable of F&B operations, inventory control and labor management.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food handling, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (MS Office).
