Clinical Social Worker I/II Psych-ZSFG-Adult-CWCM Full Time 82526BR Job Summary The incumbent will be assigned to the Citywide Case Management Forensics Program. The incumbent will work half-time in the Full Service Partnership (FSP) program and half-time in the ZSFG-Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) program. In the FSP program, the incumbent will work with the Behavioral Health Court with dually diagnosed individuals, providing comprehensive assessment, crisis intervention, case management, individual and group therapy, and substance abuse services. FSP clients will receive their mental health and substance abuse services at the 1263 Mission site. Clinician will be assisting clients in meeting their needs and will make referrals as appropriate. In the PES program, the incumbent will work with clients who are deemed too aggressive or disruptive to be seen in the outpatient clinics. Clients will receive their mental health and substance abuse services at ZSFG-PES. The clinician will provide continuous, comprehensive mental health services including thorough referral screening and risk assessments, individual therapy, case management, crisis intervention and outreach when safe to do so. These programs are part of the ZSFG Department of Psychiatry's comprehensive effort to treat high risk clients in the community and to reduce unnecessary use of institutional care. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $37.56 - $50.31 (Hourly Rate).
