The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for supervising all food and beverage departments including, but not limited to, coordination of new ideas in guest service and revenue enhancement, ensuring high quality food and beverage products consistent with management cost objectives. They will oversee food preparation, merchandising, inventory, purchasing and employee relations. They are also responsible for all Executive Member duties. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
